Types of tax returns:
Income tax
- Personal – Federal and State returns for residents, non-residents or part-year residents for all fifty states and Puerto Rico
- Business – Federal and State returns for all business entities (C corp., S corp., LLC, GP and LLP, and Non-profits)
- Payroll tax – The Employment Development Department (EDD) and the IRS require withholding for various taxes associated with payroll. Both quarterly and annual submissions must be made for returns and deposits.
Sales tax – The Board of Equalization requires timely and accurate filing of quarterly and annual sales tax returns to maintain your business re-sellers permit.
